Choose an Italian dish to share or bring an Italian wine to our get-together on Wednesday, August 15th, 6:00. We meet at my house. Shelly is bringing lobster risotto and I am making dessert-diplomatico and chocolate cheesecake. This is Shelly's last cooking club until next summer! Hope you can make it.
thank you all for my cookbook. i will try many of the recipes. i'm glad i didn't read your comments there! i'll miss you all dreadfully and you must promise to hold next junes night after the 22nd when i should be back. by the way - i added too much wine to risotto last night and shouldn't have added it at end - always beginning - but alas hadn't brought enough broth and needed the liquid! was too winey. xxoo shelly
